(ONE) Just The Tip I Promise Flag, 20 oz tumbler in your choice of color. The image shown will be engraved on both the front and the back.

It is also available with a name or badge number. The name/badge number will go under the design on both sides. We engrave tumblers for our samples (we don't use mock ups) so we do not make them with names as it would be impossible to have the right name and too expensive to make one up in each style. There is an example shown of how the name/badge number would be done in the images.

We try to use a font for the name/badge number that will match the writing in the design. It may not be exact but it will be similar.

If you want a name/badge number- you will need to choose the personalized option when purchasing. Please do not choose standard and then put a name in the personalization field- the order will be cancelled.

The design is engraved on high quality, vibrant/powder coated tumblers.

This is an actual engraved tumbler- not a mock up. It is hard to get a good picture as the engraved area is very shiny for the camera.

Due to color differences on monitors- we cannot guarantee it will be the exact color as your computer shows.

Hand washing is recommended for the tumblers. Do not use any abrasive cleaners or supplies to clean them.

However, we will NOT print anything that is copyrighted or trademarked. We do reserve the right to charge a custom fee if it is something we don't want to continue to offer. If it is something we don't want to offer- we can create a custom listing for you.

SHIPPING:

When buying multiple tumblers the shipping will most likely be high when calculated by the Etsy shopping cart. When listing the item we have to put the weight in as shipped (with box and packaging). The weight for one tumbler and box is accurate. When multiples are purchased it can't calculate correctly because it thinks it has the weight of the box as well. You can go ahead and purchase the items you need and we will refund the extra shipping paid due to the multiple purchase shipping calculation being off.

Shipping quoted is for the 48 US Continental States only.

Processing and shipping times do not include the weekends. The date it will ship on is listed on your order when you place the order.

Please make sure the address you have on file with Etsy is correct. The shipping label will be printed directly from Etsy. We are not responsible for any incorrect shipping information. If your order is returned to us you will be responsible for the shipping charge to have it mailed to you again.

We ship USPS (unless it is a large order) or otherwise noted. Once the order has shipped you will receive tracking info from Etsy. If you miss it you can view your receipt and see it there. You can track it at www.usps.com or by other carrier if we notify you. Once the package is shipped- the actual delivery is out of our control. If there is a question about why a package is delayed (once you receive tracking info) you will need to contact the post office. We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages- YOU will need to contact USPS to find out about delay or file a claim.

The processing time for this item is shown on the listing. The shipping time frame is then added to this time to determine when you should expect to receive this item. The expected time frame shows on your order when you place the order. We are not responsible for your expectations to receive it sooner because you didn't pay attention to BOTH the processing and shipping times.

Most times we have to start the item very quickly to meet our shipping deadline- personalized items are custom and will not be able to be resold.
