These photo frames make a beautiful gift. They are the perfect way to show your team spirit.

We print directly on this leatherette frame with the highest quality of printing available on the market. This makes the print high quality as well as vivid in color.

The frame is personalized with your school/team name above the word "PRIDE". It has a basketball heart in the center of it. The frame is available in white or gray. The white makes the colors pop the most.

Material: Leatherette (faux leather). Leatherette offers the look and feel of genuine leather at a fraction of the price. The richly textured, synthetic material is water resistant, easy to clean and durable enough for the rigors of daily use.

Frame Size: 8 1/8" x 9 1/4" (holds 4x6 photo) OR 9 1/4" x 10 1/4" (holds 5x7 photo). The photo window is covered with glass. The frame can free stand with the built in stand or it can be hung on the wall with the attached holders.

We have included the color chart of the standard colors we use.  There are some hearts the sport isn't attached to it. In this case- the heart outline will match the line colors and the sport will match the PRIDE/mascot colors. We try to use what we feel are team colors- but we do not guarantee the colors we use will match your school/team colors. The colors may vary slightly depending on the substrate color we print on.

Due to color differences on monitors- we cannot guarantee it will be the exact color as your computer shows nor can we guarantee it will match your team color.

However, we will NOT print anything that is copyrighted or trademarked. We do reserve the right to charge a custom fee if it is something we don't want to continue to offer. SHIPPING:

When buying multiple frames the shipping will most likely be high when calculated by the Etsy shopping cart. When listing the item we have to put the weight in as shipped (with box and packaging). The weight for one fra,e and box is accurate. When multiples are purchased it can't calculate correctly because it thinks it has the weight of the box as well. You can go ahead and purchase the items you need and we will refund the extra shipping paid due to the multiple purchase shipping calculation being off.

Shipping quoted is for the 48 US Continental States only.

Processing and shipping times do not include the weekends. The date it will ship on is listed on your order when you place the order.

Please make sure the address you have on file with Etsy is correct. The shipping label will be printed directly from Etsy. We are not responsible for any incorrect shipping information. If your order is returned to us you will be responsible for the shipping charge to have it mailed to you again.

We ship USPS (unless it is a large order) or otherwise noted. Once the order has shipped you will receive tracking info from Etsy. If you miss it you can view your receipt and see it there. You can track it at www.usps.com or by other carrier if we notify you. Once the package is shipped- the actual delivery is out of our control. If there is a question about why a package is delayed (once you receive tracking info) you will need to contact the post office. We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages- YOU will need to contact USPS to find out about delay or file a claim.

The processing time for this item is shown on the listing. The shipping time frame is then added to this time to determine when you should expect to receive this item. The expected time frame shows on your order when you place the order. We are not responsible for your expectations to receive it sooner because you didn't pay attention to BOTH the processing and shipping times.

RETURNS, REFUNDS and EXCHANGES:

All Sales Are Final! No refunds, returns or exchanges. In addition to no refunds, returns or exchanges- personalized items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed. Most times we have to start the item very quickly to meet our shipping deadline- personalized items are custom and will not be able to be resold.
